notice period and annual leave

i ve handed in my notice, got a week left. havnt any of my annual leave days (approx 7 i think) will i get that as back pay?

Yeah you will get any days they owe you,the thing is there not so quick at paying when you're leaving,I would ask the Dom have they put it through,then I would get the CWU on it let them put abit of pressure on.good luck mate wish I was leaving,
