Hi

Are there any Reps who have access to PSP, and if so, what use do they make of it?

TIA

It stands for something like People Services Portal.
It is the HR thing that has all your info on it.

Why would a rep need access to it?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Ah right. Well then I would have thought the rep has absolutely no business having access to it?

They would have access to the CWU membership data if required but the data held by Royal Mail should be strictly off limits??

Theoretically, everyone has access to PSP, but as with most HR systems, there are different levels of access. Reps and posties will have a very limited level of access limited to probably own personal information and for reps any information that is covered by legal precedence and national agreements.

Thanks. Thought it might be the easiest way to keep a track of overtime/hours in the office
