Biscuit bribe

We were offered biscuits to assist us in filling in the much anticipated have your say forms,but alas it failed to motivate the workforce and they were all duly put in said envelope and returned,we said we were just helping the boss in saving time in not having to come up with yet another never going to happen action plan based on feedback from the form,am sure you should only have to fill the form in once to get things done and problems fixed but we all no different so please can we stop this dance and maybe have a slot at WTLL to address local issues and grievances at a local level and not have to watch the much well rehearsed garbage on rmtv

to be honest, if you all filled in very bad ratings (if thats how you feel) im sure it would have some affect somewhere, i mean its probably better than not doing it at all, and its in paid time so may as well fill it out.

my office in the past was bribed with drinks, cakes, and chocolate bars to deliver all tracked items

Yes I guess so,but it’s become a bit repetitive in an attempt maybe rally the troops,we feel we’re a beaten office and too efficient for our own good,with lapsing and people being loaned out etc etc,boss always has the answers no doubt being briefed from above ,things from years of have your say simply don’t get addressed it’s that simple and we don’t have the energy to to fight them any more and they continue with there culture of fear

Tke only way is by not sending them off , then the DOM gets it in the neck from above
