Territorial Army - Help needed!

Hi there all, Was just wondering if anyone knew how joining the T.A part time would fit in working with Royal Mail?
I'm full time with Royal Mail and joining up with the T.A you have to do a minimum of 19 days a year, where do I stand regarding time off for training, medicals and doing my minimum 19 days a year etc etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you work weekends you should be given off at least two weekends per year. Also you're entitled to 2 weeks special leave with pay per year.

Is there a form or some piece of legislation on what an employee in the T.A is entitled to?
