Is something goes to a stage 4 disagreement what does this mean and what chance have the union of comming out on top

It means that the National Officer for the CWU and the processing or Delivery Policy holder comes in the room along with the Divisional Rep , Area Rep and local Rep along with Dom , OPS manager and Director.
In my experience of stage 4s 70% of them find an agreed Way Forward , this May take more than one meeting .
