What do the managers think about In a 6 month review? because they keep saying your review is coming up when I can't go much past my time because I get my kids, their using this against me is this right?

No it's not right this is bullying tactics and I expect you informed them at your introduction that you had family committments that required you to finish your work at a set time.
This at the time of your application was acceptable to RM and may have been recorded at the time of your application but now your line manager has now reneged on the conditions you mentioned.
If the person who interviewed you in your job application is based at your office then make contact with him/her and ask them to advise your line manager that working to his/her conditions is unacceptable.
Include your union rep in these talks.
