OVERTIME...NO REWARD FOR CLEARING THE BACKLOG!!!

Well,...what happened to that statement from RM "No you can't have overtime for clearing the backlog, it's rewarding you for striking"! My office are giving overtime out hand over fist...Sunday, midnight starts. Seems a strange contradiction don't you think?

Also my place and i'm thinking quite a bit of SE Lon is the same.
We've had hours put in for nights,hours for afternoon sorting,and they are now paying protracted if you go over your time.

or how about... "if you're prepared to take out an extra line of another walk you can go as soon as you're ready" Rather than take a forced meal relief and go out later!

They put a night shift on in our place to sort the backlog.
Then it backed up under the frames and so they had to give overtime to clear it.

I wont be doing any overtime.Soon as the backlogs cleared & the voting s finished.
Thats when they will start getting nastier.

We had a strange one - although we don't need nights the DOM asked his Lineos to ask if anyone wanted to work nights over Christmas - However, they still have to do their normal duty after the night shift.

So far no takers - Go figure

3 weeks after the strikes finished management are now offering Overtime to clear backlogs at SW1,3,6,15 AND 16.

I think its a bit late now lads

Seems to be filtering in now,i think the fact we are still NOT delivering stuff that is 3 weeks old has summin to do with it!!
