are there any shares that we were issud with which i can sell without paying tax?.
these include ones bought through PAYE
also can i just sell the ones which are tax free

You can sell any shares you bought via the SAYE scheme any time you want, tax free.
You can't sell the first batch of free shares tax free until 15th October 2018.

The free shares allocation dates are as follows:
15th October 2013
9th April 2014
5th October 2015
6th October 2016
You have to wait 5 years to sell any batch tax free, unless you’re a good leaver.
