I’ve bn on sick with hart and bowel problems for last 7 months I’ve had meetings with Dom and not once have I bn offerd any adjustments or help to cut my round to help me go bk to work I’ve had letter now say to go for a meeting because they are seriously think about finish me off on I’ll health please could u gave me some advice where I stand in this please thank u

Your health issues would suggest you are covered by the equality act and you need to contact your equality officer.
Also look up the attendance agreement and the sections concerning disability and adjustments.
Rm try to force I.h.r but there are several processes they have to exhaust first.
Redeployment being one of these.
