It was unsafe to drive anywhere(north east) and having previously crashed in the snow wasn’t going to risk it, followed by 3 days of daughters school being closed and needing to look after her and then a Saturday still unsafe to drive.
Would I be paid anything at all?

If you managed to get to your nearest RM premises you will be paid. If you didn’t go to work then you won’t get paid.
