Out Of Touch

Im finding it more and more baffling that our top union guys seem to be burying theyre head in the sand and its about time they did theyre job and represnted us for if the general feeling on this site is anything to go by it looks like it will be a massive no vote to reject these proposals which makes me wonder how they can be so so out of touch with what we want.
And decoupling the pensions from this I mean why surely thats the crux of it.
Two months down the line if and I dont think this will come in but say it does surely this will make our position far less attainable as the changes will be already in so what would our bargaining chip be.

But it isn't, thats the point. Even the "other" site is more representative, going by the number of people logging in. At this moment for example they have 163 people on their site and we have just 30

The 'other' site has only 1,437 registered users, while this site has over 4,000. I realise as a management mouthpiece tou might prefer the opinions voiced on the pro-management site, a lot of which are by managers and 'customers' but this site reflects the opinions of the vast majority of uniformed postal workers.

Well we won't know until the result comes in. But it's interesting that the no campaign is already planning what to do if/when the vote comes in as a yes

Me personally,if it's a 'Yes' vote i'll live with it as it's a democratic decision and try to make the best of it.

Ah the other site ...do we mean the one run by s* ,sl* , with the mods that were strike breakers the site that won't let you mention R.M.C. The site that will not tolerate anything thats not in the royal mail ethos. The site who's mods crossed the line but there again there's that office in west wales also went in all be it a semi rural office. The site must be run by Royal Mail and you can acess it from R.M's computers this site also has 'customers' which are managers from R.M as who else would be on line at 2/3 am and know the inermost workings of royal mail

Beware if you do go on it nothing is 'private' on there

I've never felt the need to look at that sad arsed site. There are too many people on here who'se opinions I trust and who tell me how crap that scab site is for me to feel tempted to have a look.

If this is the question, I certainly dont have a plan. I've been clear for some time that this campaign has been v badly led and its been damage limitation for some time, as most of the union at national level now realises. If there is a no vote and more action theres a very real chance things will get worse, not better. Really its down to the hotheads calling for a no vote and more action to explain their plan for getting from here to a much better deal?
