Edinburgh delivery tomorrow

Edinburgh mail centre has supposedly been shut since 2pm today with back shift and nightshift being told not to attend. As weather is meant to deteriorate overnight I take it delivery staff won’t need to attend? Does anyone know if there has been any decision on this?

i got sent home at about three from the m.c. i would be surprised if you are in 2moro as public transport is not on,

I’d be surprised too but there’s been nothing mentioned about delivery at all

i dont know where you stay jambo but i could barely get home today and my brother was stuck on the bypass for 4 hours, the mail center closed because trains n stuff stopped, i saw a 26 bus on the way home. if public transport is off i think the baw is burst.

i think that may be the case. im on backshift 2moro. my wife starts at the western at 8. i dont think she will get there. maybe give it a miss yoursel unless you stay realy close.

Had to go in or work my day off next week there should be more clarity on this even union rep was unsure of situation
