Can anyone tell me what the rules are regarding a full repick after a review. Believe allowances on shift come in to play and also how long you have been on the shift.Do ExPhg allowances count or is it just shift allowance?

The resign is done on seniority but only within the shift allowance you get for example someone on nights can’t pick on earlies and vice versa

PHG allowance was disbanded after the way forward agreement when the OPG grade was introduced.
The repick will be based on the present alllowances that you are presently receiving and for how long you have held the allowance.
RM will not want to pay a double whammy by allocating an individual on a lesser allowance and having to pay you pay protection under MTSF if you are displaced from your signed duty.

It's worth adding that you can
"hand your duty back" if you wish to move off a certain shift but you then go to the bottom of the pile & could end up with anything that's left over ( usually the crap duties ) but it may still be on a better shift
