Worst customer service I have ever experienced . Extremely long wait for car. Received 16 reg plate when it should have been 66. 2 problems with car that haven't been fixed. Absolute nightmare trying to get tyre replaced when I had a puncture. A colleague ordered a car in June and he still hasn't received a date for delivery. Can't wait to give mine back in September.

Just bought a new 18 plate Vauxhall today straight from the dealer,Can collect it on Thursday 1st March the 1st day of the 18 plate.5 years interest free and £500 off for working for good old RM

I've got a car on the lease. Had it just over a year now and no problems apart from RM taking over 6 months to inform the tax man so I ended up with a large bill even though my order was in and I had received the car before the law changed regarding tax.

So now law changed ghe tax should be OK now

Just told them I work for RM mate,Paying £250 a month for a Vauxhall something or other lol the Mrs did it all.Cost 13 or 14 grand altogether.
