So I have misappropriated information when I thought 7% over 3 years was a below inflation pay rise?
Good job I have some rep to put me right.
I am definitely voting yes now.

(The price of this cuppa has not increased due to inflationary pressures caused by the 20% fall in sterling since the Brexit vote.
In fact it is so cheap I think I will have another.

I wouldn't watch it all, just talk about how good the brief was - no details on the agreement apart
from 'Fleet' are apparently included in the agreement (when a Fleet rep was interviewed).

More intrigued on what one rep said about an additional pillar about workplace culture and bullying. With a SWW and the strong possibility of bigger outdoor spans coupled with an ageing workforce. Just like our Pensions it really is quite important that we get that right. The last thing the company wants are staff going on sick with stress and fatigue.

I cant see the culture changing with these managers and what is in place to support the office reps if it doesn't ?

, also sww how does that work if it takes 45 hrs to do your delivery now , how do you do it in 38 hrs please tell ? adjust the delivery ? or they just use jumped up traffic figures to suit them or will it be down to the postie to fight there corner ? , we all know that r/m and cwu top table can get the best agreement ever in there eyes BUT when it comes to ground level it doesn't happen and the dims and r/m will pick the bits that suit the company and sweep the rest under the carpet like all other agreements as we all know this will happen . ive seen this and looked at it and its all IFS and BUTS , down to TRIALS to implement certain bits , not convinced . and doesn't our 6mth I/a expire at the end of March ? 90% where willing to stand out and lose money .

Have CWU considered issuing a summary/transcript of the questions and answers put at these briefings?

A self congratulating video saying how good the briefing was without detail does not help.

Many of us (especially those in the sticks) will not be able to put or get answers to our questions which other members will no doubt be asking.

RM use this ‘tactic’ all the time but of course, set the questions in a manner that they can publicly respond to with a positive spin.

Not something the CWU would consider doing to its advantage ?

I recall that when Park and Loop was trialled in my office it was railroaded through despite the trials demonstrating that the duties were impossible to complete within the allotted timespan. There was never any post implementation review which was supposed to have been part of the "deal". The workforce was well and truly shafted. I will never trust this company again.

And that is exactly what will happen again with whatever they come up with this time. The whole point of trial surely is to see if something actually works before it is used across the board.

If a medical company trials new drugs and they don't work do they just issue them to health authorities to use? No they don't.

I don't trust this company or the union full stop. I have seen far too many of these deals and how they are implemented to be conned by this latest offering.

The Reps at our place wont even entertain that the Payrise can be seen as below Inflationary . And the rest of the Agreement inc the Pension , is it Fiction or Non - Fiction ? can any one tell ? with all the If's and Maybe's and Trials etc !!!??? i get that we must be grateful for any crumbs tossed our way etc etc " look at Yodels Terms and Conditions " but come on It Is Managing A Decline in our Terms and Conditions not the best thing since sliced bread !!

It will be very interesting when they go on there tour up north if the reps come out and say this. All I have seen is them coming out saying it's a great deal
