Dear Colleague,

Pay and Four Pillars Agreement – Ballot Timetable

The purpose of this LTB is to advise Branches, Representatives and Members of the ballot timetable for the above mentioned Agreement. The timetable is as follows:-

Ballot Opens: Monday 12th March 2018

Ballot Closes: Wednesday 28th March 2018

The ballot was always going to take place after the last scheduled meeting for unit reps (7th March) so the timetable comes as no surprise to me.

What am i actually voting on??? The pension issue is as clear as mud and just like the rest and every other "agreement" is totally open to mis-interpretation, the only sort Royal Mail understand. This is a cop out and needs the whole thing ratifying, ie what does it mean to me and how will the CWU enforce it when it inevitably all goes tits up at a local level.

Why don’t you doom &gloom merchants f##k off and get another job if you don’t like it because union have done a great job from where the first offer from Royal Mail offered us just ask,any nurse who got 1%rise pay how lucky you are

Just the problem with the whole country, were so lucky to have a job let alone a reasonable pension and wage. With a 90% mandate we deserve better than ifs and maybe's. These big companies are happy to pay top dollar to the big boys whilst showing disregard for the people who are actually making things work.
