volantary redundancy question
anybody have any info on volantary redundancy,?have had enough of this back breaking slavery.do i apply for this,what might i get per year ect.any information gratefully received

Heard from a mate in Warrington in distribution (where I don't work) they are changing the criteria for EVR to "suit the needs of the business" , relative to how much they'd have to pay in pension against length of service - 20 years service with 20 years to do is favourite apparently. Also been told by workplace rep that Ward is against EVR - even though a lot of members who've paid his wages for years aren't. There's loads of us hanging on (and we will to the gaffers reading this!) for EVR. Pay us off FFS.

Yes your pension would be frozen, I came back to RM after a 10year break, they did'nt link my old pension with my current one, so my old pension is frozen until i'm 60.comrade wrote:wouldnt pension be frozen ?
