I see there is no increase on hourly rate overtime even though the jobs run on it . A big opportunity missed by the CWU !

overtime needs to be pay and a 1/2

adn well see how quickly many pt's like myself will be made up to full time, instead of milking us dry and then undercutting on holiday and sick payments

Overtime rate (as pathetic as it is) only kicks in after you've worked 39 hours, so if your on a 25hr contract and work 15 hours Davy Crockett you will only get 1 hour at overtime rate
