Given the shorter working week, will us part-timers get the same pro-rata rise? With the shorter working week full-timers are getting an hourly increase.

Thanks! So us part-timers get a 2.6% rise in October in compensate. That's a pretty good deal to be fair!

Where do they stand on later finishes a 3.30 gives them no chance of making the school run and may force some out of a job they took because of an early finish.

how about us p/t doing more ours from april last year , what about the 500+ ot hours i would have accumulated not being taken account for as the pay rise will be back dated from half way through the year.

the company runs on ot and what a cleaver ploy RM has disguised as a payrise when in fact many of us will be shafted once again this was probably the most cost effective rise they conceived.

As a part timmer of 25 hours a week, one of the main benifits of the job was the 2.00 - 2.30 finish not so keen on the 3.30.

You will finish when everybody else finishes in 'your' office. 'Your' office might not be one of those that finish later, if your office moves it's finishing time then 'everybody' will finish at that time, full timers and part timers.

You might be in a no change office but if your starting time is moved your finishing time will reflect that, you will have to wait and see but its all in the agreement. Data capture could also be a problem if they bank unworked hours thats also a wait and see, of course they could pay only hours worked we just do not know i hope we find out before we vote on this.

The current last delivery time is 3, my finish time is 14:05. All offices are different. Over a 1000 offices won't be effected by the changes from what I've read and only a very small number by the full 30 minutes. Just wait and see.
