Depends on whether it is being offered in your office and what the criteria is. If it is on offer and you were given it, the amount would depend on your age and length of service.

Heard from a mate in Warrington in distribution (where I don't work) they are changing the criteria for EVR to "suit the needs of the business" , relative to how much they'd have to pay in pension against length of service - 20 years service with 20 years to do is favourite apparently. Also been told by workplace rep that Ward is against EVR - even though a lot of members who've paid his wages for years aren't. There's loads of us hanging on (and we will to the gaffers reading this!) for EVR. Pay us off FFS.

don,t give anyone evr. why should any member work until 60 or 65 just to earn his pension, while paying future pensions to members who took evr ? leave by all means, but you can have your pension at retirement age like me in 12 years time ( in my case)

The management would get trampled in the crush for EVR in my office (at least 1/2 the FT would take it just to get out)

Yes your pension would be frozen, I came back to RM after a 10year break, they did'nt link my old pension with my current one, so my old pension is frozen until i'm 60.
