Bullying and harassment

I'm having a bullying and harassment interview tomorrow re a manager who is constantly causes me feel bullied and harassment.
I am wondering what will happen in the interview and if I don't agree with the outcome
Can I be made to do I different job so I don't have to work with thus manager
I am taking my cwu rep with me
Any ideas

Make sure you take a copy of any procedures he has a problem with you following, such as the cut off procedure. Some investigators have no idea what it is...

And if they tell you it’s not bullying quote the definition of bullying from royal mails website, it’s ljkely they’ll try and downgrade the complaint to a grievance

Had my interview took cwu rep in with me
It went really well royal mail wanted it to be a grievance not bullying but rep sorted them out
Manager is being moved while investigations take place then he will be retained
I will not be working with him again
