I think last delivery is 24th dec and back on thurs 27th dec.

xmas day is on tuesday so think we work sat off sunday as normal ...then go in monday for one day
and as still xmas pressure , no one can have monday off as A/L


Thats how we was told it was going to be 6 months ago

Good God man haven't you heard of the "new flexibility deal" - accepting/agreeing doesn't enter into it. No No it is now a mutual respect and admiration society between managers, reps and workforce working sensibly together to maximise time over workload without extra pay. TBH I can't wait for Christmas - I only work part time now and I'll only be working part time then.
