Video is less than 2 mins, a good idea but I honestly cannot see it working in my office. But maybe a rural postman/woman reading this would have a different view.

That's how it is on a deep rural duty although we might only manage the occasional two to three minutes not the weekly twenty to thirty.

I thought how kind of her it was to get the bottle of wine out ready to pour him a glass or two.

What I found amazing is that Family members 'paid' for this service. Who is to say that the postie stayed there for the allotted time or that he has been 'vetted'!

Poor little Betty who stays outside the office

She wonders why instead of 1 postie in for 40 mins she gets 20 posties in for only 2 mins each

She doesn't understand what they mean when they tell her she is the lapsing pensioner
