Just had a call from my rep to say that Newcastle have unanimously agreed to recommend rejection of the deal.

Im just off to our local branch meeting to discuss and vote on this deal and decide whether we should accept or reject this agreement.I will talking to my fellow reps and pushing the NO vote to them.
Hopefully another Branch saying NO today,will let you guys know later.
