From rehab to normal

Having been off with plantar and family issues, my return to work I was advised that I’d be on lighter duties and referred to OH.
Have done ‘lighter dutues’ For a few weeks which was essentially different loops of different people that were off sick.
I’ve had no follow up meeting or review but have been put back on full duty. Normal?

No I would say this is not normal if you were given a referral to OH Assist you should have been given a time and date from your DOM when contact by telephone was made to discuss your medical condition and the type of work you do at RM.
After conclusion of your telephone discussion OH Assist would have set a rehabilitation programme by adjustments to your workload and hours of attendance over the first weeks until you are well enough to return to full time duties. You would have received a copy of your rehabilitation programme which would include weekly monitoring reports on any pain level you are feeling with the opportunity at the monitoring meeting to have adjustments made and/or a second referral to OH Assist.
If you feel that your return to full time duties is premature then contact your DOM for another OH referral and keep your union rep up to date on your circumstances.
