just need a bit of help on this , the dim is using his runners to cover dutys that the normal duty holders cant get round or do extra within there time and costing him o/t and leaving the extra , but when these runners are on it they do the extra and get finished before there time , but we all know how they do it  , now these are being used to judge the duty holders , is there anything they can do to put a stop to this . thanks for any info.

Put in a B & H form , it’s bullying and harassment to compare you to other individuals for the purpose of performance.

We also have runners in our office, last week they were told to go back out to do parcels as they were back before their time. All you could hear was, but I didn't take my break and I came in early. But they had to go and do parcels.

How are they judging the duty holder though.

Are they refusing to pay overtime?
Are they insisting the duty and extra is completed?
Are they threatening conduct/dismissal?
Are they just making smart arsed comments?

Ask them to show you what they are doing different in order to complete. Problem solved!
