And what way would you suggest? My way is reduction in full time hours for no loss of pay 35 hours is minimum would have thought with the coming rise of automation we should be more aggressive in this goal part time staff would gain as hourly wage and pro rata would go up and help also the gap would be closed or closer hence the gap to be made up would not be as much!
