proposals and is very frank and open.



You will need to do the following:



1. Telephone 0800 032 9687
2. Enter the pin number 94905908 and then press #
3. Choose option 1 to listen to the recording.

Just listened to the lot (yeah I know not a lot happening in mah hoose!) - Looks like pension 'reform' is NOT AT ALL deferred: RM are gonna implement changes anyway.... Trial areas for flexibility/'covering for each other'/banked & annualised hours are all a forgone conclusion and most interestingly of all more IA is greatly feared by RM.

This is the real RM agenda and it differs greatly from the CWU version.....

Thats not what I was voting no for, I thought flexibility, pensions etc, would have another vote, if not then we need to be told a bit quick like.

bit of an eye opener that ....... who the fcuk wants a 4/5 hr delivery fcuk flexibility and pensions to be voted on with the pay deal thats not what we were led to belive bit of an own goal for r.m was going to vote no but this has only convinced me that i was right

Flicked through some of the call untill i got to the bit that a yes vote is yes to : Pay, Modernisation and Pension Reform. Also you get the impression that they are desperate to get it voted through.

Guess what the call has worked i am definitely voting NO to the deal and will convince as many others as i can and will challenge any RM propaganda at work.
