6 Month Review Interview Today

Evening

I had my 6 month review today & they are waiting for HR to confirm an extension of 3 months based on extra training on performance as I’m not upto RM standards on delivery.....In a nutshell, I’m not completing everyday & im cutting off.

Why is this, as the time spam is 3.5 hrs but yet my hours are 5 so what’s happening here basically!!!

They don’t want to get rid of me so want the extension to see if I & they can help me to be able to complete day in & day out as that is my job

BULLYING AT ITS WORST,

BLAMING YOU FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE.

EVERYDAY IS A DIFFERENT ONE, YOU CAN HAVE 15 STIRS, 30 PACKETS ONE DAY, AND DOUBLE THAT THE NEXT.

IF YOU NEED TO FINISH AT YOUR FINISH TIME LIKE IN EVERY OTHER WORKPLACE WHY IS THIS BULLYING CULTURE RAMPANT IN RM, DO BURGER KING EMPLOYEES STAY BEHIND A EXTRA 52 MINS WHEN THEY HAVE A QUE OUT THE DOOR?

NO DELIVERY STAFF ARE BULLIED AND HARASSED EVERY SINGLE DAY.......NO DAY IS THE SAME EVERY DAY YOU HAVE DIFFERENT TASKS TO PREFORM DIFFERENT PACKETS TO DELIVER DIFFERENT NEIGHBORS TO TRY , WEATHER CONDITIONS , TRAFFIC CONDITIONS ETC.............

DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU BABE, KEEP SMILING YES BOSS NO BOSS 3 BAGS FULL BOSS UNTIL YOU GET THAT CONTRACT THEN IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY JOIN THE UNION AND DO EXACTLY AS YOU HAVE, FOLLOW PROCEDURE AND YOUR UNTOUCHABLE.

RMS MAIN PROBLEM IS STAFF RETENTION , THEY NEED YOU AND DONT LET THEM DECIEVE YOU INTO THINKING YOU ARE THE PROBLEM YOUR NOT TRUST ME.

Hopefully they shall get a workplace coach to show you how its done properly no reading and walking trolley to be used and deliver to neighbour attempted post it peg to be used at dog addresses etc etc then they'll see whose slow

I'm surprised you even got a 6 month review. I have been here over 4 years and never had a review. I agree with the other guys this is bullying. Get the union involved.

Christ what a way to treat a member of staff at this time of year.
