on the 1st of jan
question how does the bank holiday situation work with being on leave
1st and 2nd in scotland so 2 days im owed
mgmt saying only 3 days comes off al calender and i cant ask for payment for 2 bank holiday days

You cant have annual leave on a bank holiday.
If you book a weeks annual leave for a week that contains bank holidays you just use up less of your allocation.
You can only claim payment for bank holidays if they fall on your day off.
