if we vote no to the deal?

could someone please tell me what they hope to gain if we vote no to this deal. do you think there is more money? will rm remove flexability? well they change anything or will we just lose more money?

For me its not what we might gain if we vote no, but more what we will loose if we accept the deal as it is.

I would take:

No Pay rise if the threw out flexibility, left our pensions alone, gave us a fair deal on D2Ds. Also binned the colleagueshares and 50/50 bonus as they are both rip-offs anyway.

whether theres more money or not - and to be fair most posties i' know haven't any issues with the pay section - its the 'no restrictions' to any flexibility that people are fearful of - and rightly so.

this dispute is not only a business one but a political one - we are at the bottom of a whole pile of people who have made desicions beyond our influence or input and we're to bear the full brunt of their agendas.

whether we can change anything !!!! if we cannot accept it then in what ever way we should opose it - not to is to condone it. without opposition the powers that be wil continue their course to create a society that is less in control of their own lives than before we became a democracy.

if its not right - speak out - apathy weakens the weak and strengthens the powerful!!!!

we have to vote against it, then they will try to implement it then we will back on strike just before xmas
