Stamps and Xmas bonus

Does anyone know if you have to be with the company a certain amount of time before receiving the Christmas stamps and bonus? Cheers

Bonus is normally paid on the last pay week from christmas so that makes it the 22nd December

Stamps should have been sent out around the 7/8th.

Not got any here though.

It's complicated.

The £200 bonus is made up of 2 different ones.

The Christmas one is based on contracted hours over a minimum of 2 weeks of the Christmas period so if they are made up then Yes.
The other half the BT2010 portion is based on actual hours worked over the 4 weeks.

However, PTimers won't get their full entitlement on 22 Dec as the pay run will have been done before the overtime has been reported (see LTB in Union Room). This will be done on the next full pay run in January so any missing bonus should show up then.

Yes unless their pay has been reduced for any reason.

If they do they claim it back at the end of January beginning of February so don't spend it all at once!
