I hope to god theres a pretty good draught to do with part time making full time or thats my union fees stopping

I'm none the wiser , so they now just keep talking , for how long , get past xmas and Royal Mail say sorry we've changed our mind.

Why are we not told what the mediators position was ,he makes it sound promising but no real facts .

Hope to god the issue of trying to force posties to work past their hours with totally unachievable work loads, and threatening them with performance conduct, will be addressed. It's by far and away one of the biggest issues I have working for RM at the moment.

I just hope there's no u- turn by royal mail after all the hard works been done ..... and it's too late to strike at the most effective time of the year...

Very little chance of that unless they agree on a deal and RM pay us on the off chance that we accept it. It will take about a month to ballot the membership and then a week or two for Royal Mail to update the pay roll.
