I currently pay £11.34 per week to buy a weeks annual leave which works out over a year at £589 my weekly wage is £412 so how come we pay £589 for a £412 week any ideas thanks

The basic allocation for a new start is 22.5 days. After 5 years it's 23.5 days.
If you purchase the full allowance it's 30 days.
You're either purchasing 7.5 days or 6.5 days not a week ( 5 days).

thanks fishtank that means because ive been there 14 years im entitled to 23 1/2 days so im buying 6 1/2
