Christmas pre-scheduled overtime pay rates

Christmas pre-scheduled overtime pay rates

I have been informed by my local rep today that we will not be paid scheduled attendance rates for Christmas working overtime.
In previous years this has been paid. So my question is why not this year when paid at SA rate for past 12 years for Christmas Working.
Or is this another cost saving measure....

If you check out the Outdoor Bulletin in the Union Room at the moment there is no National Christmas agreement so it sounds as though you fell foul of that. As far as I know though there is nothing stopping your Union rep entering a disagreement or indeed coming to a local agreement.
