Talking is going on.
Our Union leaders have to be careful about what they say to us at the mo and how they say it.

For me nothing has changed. I am still treated like s**t, my workload is to much. My terms and conditions are abused daily, my pension is still under attack. I have had no pay rise.

I am still pissed off and prepared to strike.

Tomorrow there is a Joint meeting of the PEC and Divisional Reps. We will get an update on the current negotiations from the National Officers. There has been a communication blackout requested by the mediator during the four week negotiation period which has been frustrating for everyone.

Ceartainly we will be arguing that a membership update has to be given to the membership which gives them an update on the talks.

the 4 weeks of talks are over now so lets hear whats going on either good or bad , lets not have royal mail keep stringing it out for there benefit.

So much for "communication blackout", we still have had to endure Work, Time & Learning this morning - 2 weeks worth of RMTV as well because we missed last weeks episode!!

There was nothing in the videos about the 'talks' but very many subliminal messages like the importance of scanning and delivering ALL your parcels, the competition, keeping our costs down so we remain competitive blah blah....
