Quick question.

If i am on loan at another office, do i claim my travel expenses from old office to new office or from my home to my new office?

If you have the correct insurance you are meant to start and finish at your home office and at your normal time so that's where the claim should be. Anything other than starting at your own office unless voluntary should be paid as overtime, yes even while travelling and claiming expenses.
