DOM Support

Can anyone shed some light on what duties a Dom support carries out on a daily basis, thank you.

DOM support is the only person you can trust to have the correct information.That person will do all your overtime,pay and leave and not to mention a million other jobs. As stated when the brown stuff hits the fan the DOM support will be there to sort it all out. And no I'm not DOM support.

I have never seen our DOM support out on delivery.
They play about with the balance of hours and PSP and make sure we all get paid our overtime correctly.

Unlock office check answerphone,recieve special deliveries and tracked which usually arrives on the 2nd wave,the 60 40 split has never happened,do delivery office report type in a lot of meaningless numbers and usually a pack of lies,answer the callers office and manage any lapsing and rounds that need doing,as regards to the work place coach,I saw the job description for that,oh my god,who has time for all that,and if so what does the boss do,I simply despair,

Well someone must use up all the coffee supplies and lay down the law when someone is bigger than the workplace coach and keep the DOM entertained with more ideas of fantastical bonus opportunities!
