Are all the offices deliberately being run down into a state of dis repair..? Ours is shabby to say the least,and depressing,a yard where you can’t swing a cat and expected to park several vans,and have to back out on the road,more posters and certificates that mean nothing,the daily huddle poster is laughable,safety cross ,who fills that in ?a drab rest room,I guess it’s a way to drag us down and deflate us,

Same all over I think. Rest room no one uses , except for the odd WTLL , yard that looks more like a scrap yard , toilets that don't function. But least they're saving costs on paint by covering every available surfaces in notice boards , they even hang them from the ceiling now.

We've just had our car/van park revamped lost half the parking spaces and anyone parks outside the marked spaces gets threatened with being banned from car park

I image the plan is to merge delivery offices into one single warehouse for an entire sector.

When they get rid of seniority and stop you signing for walks, plus changing shift patterns for new starters, they'll be able to make everything CDV and run it like DPD/ TNT / TESCO DotCom etc.

Think of the cost savings from renting one out of town warehouse and selling off all the RealEstate. Surprised they haven't done it already.

Instead of backing out on the road in the morning can't you back into the yard when you finish in the afternoon ?

Could never merge all the London offices, can just about deal with the traffic in our own postcodes let alone going elsewhere.
