Today, Monday 6 November, marks the launch of our new compliance initiative, ‘Leading with integrity’.

Leading with integrity focuses on providing colleagues with the tools they need to lead by example and make decisions that support the commercial aims of the business – aims which are consistent with our values and the behavioural expectations that underpin them.

There are a number of Leading with integrity activities throughout the week, including WTLL’s, workshops, RMtv and much more.

Play our ‘Integrity challenge’ game – a challenge to test your knowledge of all things compliance, ethics and Royal Mail.

The more colleagues who play the ‘Integrity challenge’ the more we will donate to our charity partner, Action for Children.
