Don't let this quiet period put a damper on things. The fight it still there, the destruction of RM is still present by the board before they all f**k off into other jobs.

Even more so than before in fact.

They went off sniffling to a judge. "Oh it'll cause us such financial hardship". Good grief.

If they'd just seen the massive ballot result and genuinely committed to urgent talks straightaway then all that court nonsense could have been completed avoided.

The board are utter wallies IMO they played this whole situation to their worst advantage.

At the moment there is no change from the Outstanding Mandate that the Members gave to the Negotiation team, except we now have to go thru Mediation, tomorrow is the next hurdle to jump, with the massive amount of " gate- meetings " planned this will only ram it up to the Board that we are, and will still remain solid behind our Union throughout, lets see what tomorrow brings, keep the faith, unity is indeed strength

Yes. The only other alternative is craven acceptance of Royal Mail's proposals.

The longer it goes on the angrier I get.

However, I must admit I'm a bit worried about a bribe close to Christmas being accepted by the hard up / short sighted.

I'm enjoying this quiet period,every troop on the front line needs a break before the battle.
The Management are actually feeding the appetite for a fight.
People don't like being told what they should think or believe, think Brexit.
