NW9 punch up?

The rumour reaching us here in Somerset is a manager is being charged for assaulting a postman in the London NW9 office.
Is there any truth in the rumour?

Wouldn't be surprised. I've predicted punch ups and walkouts at our office by Xmas, if things are not improved.

He'll get reinstated after a couple of weeks at home. Assault, sexual harassment, verbal bullying; it doesn't really matter. The system is so corrupt that it can't even be picked apart and corrected.

The verbal bullying has turned physical now,when I was a postie and the managers couldnt handle the pressure they got nastier than ever,so am not at all surprised it has sunk to this level. They should all be ashamed

Nobody seems very keen to talk about it, maybe because it is sub judice or something but......
This is all 3rd hand so take it with a pinch of salt.

The assailant was an acting manager - really just a newbie on a 25 hour contract. (How else do you get full time?)
He is apparently known for having a bit of a temper.
The victim has also been an acting manager apparently but was maybe back to being a postman. I don't know.

Anyway the assailant decked the victim and then proceeded to punch him repeatedly on the floor. Blood everywhere. It was a serious assault.
He had to be dragged off and removed from the office.
He then came back in and threatened the victim again.

Nobody seems to know what sparked it.
It might have been work related or it might have been something personal.
North West London has a bit of a bad reputation for this.
Assault, bullying, racism - it all seems acceptable.
