Can anyone provide me with a link to the way forward agreement that regarding getting your contract looked at if you are regularly working full time hours on a part time contract. If there is such a thing that is it i am sure I've seen it mentioned a few times on this forum

People need to remember if there's a shortfall in hours within the unit just because you've been covering it on OT doesn't mean you will be entitled to those hours on your contract the most senior in the office will get it.
