Change of bank account

Can someone please help me out, i have recently changed bank accounts and can not find a way of updating this online,

Check the back of your payslip, all the info you need is there.

I have checked but I'm off work at the moment so would not be able to do get a form in work,

I have recently changed my bank and using the switching service i automatically got paid into my new account.

Ring payroll they can do,it over the telephone.

That's just an automatic redirection they do lasts for 13 months, RM are still paying in to your old account. You still need to set up for any incoming and outgoing payments to go from your new account

I have done it. Ring them, as long as you can give the details of your old account, and then, the new one it will be no problem.

I would probably keep your old account active for a couple of months until you're certain everything has gone over before closing it or leave it dormant with a token £1 in it.

Should have done the switch online thing...free money and they do all the work for you...got £125 for switching to first direct!
