i`m starting to notice that the feelings of anger in my office that were felt when we found out about the
accepted deal are starting to subside with the wait for this ballot.
i myself am still seething at the way we`ve been treated by the union and royal mail and no matter
how long it takes for the ballot paper to arrive it will be a big fat "NO" from me, but
there are people in my office that are starting to get flakey as time goes on.
Does anyone know when the papers are going out and is this feeling growing in any other
offices ??

Few in mine will vote NO but most say theres not much point in going on. Our office has had a bad time though and looks set to close.

Why would they vote for further shafting if they have had enough? Surely a NO vote would be the thing if people have had enough of bullying 'managers'.

I havnt had enough and lots of people are the same... If you look on this sites BALLOT VOTE you will see the feeling about "had enough" OR NOT!!!!

Its over when the union is no more....

And may i say Not while im alive and kicking and i know many others the very same....

Speak for yourself why not but DONT TRY AND SPEAK FOR OTHERS WHEN ON HERE ITS QUITE THE OPPOSITE.... WE WILL FIGHT ON AND ON TILL WE GET OUR RIGHTS AND OUR SERVICE BACK.... SO L LLAMA.... U go and vote.... and IF we all go out on strike... Then YOU CAN MAKE YOUR MIND UP IF YOU SCAB OR NOT????

Right enough tommo, it's a funny old world. These people that say they will vote yes will be the FIRST ONES to moan thier bollocks off when they are told to do some of the things they voted for and then when you say to them "well you voted for it" they say no i didn't. Then you go round the office trying to find anyone that voted yes and everybody say's they voted against so you stand there and say "well how did the f***ing thing get voted in then".

I can feel one of my heads coming on, pass the cold towel.

I believe what luckyllama was referring to is the all too common whingeing from people saying "I`ve had enough of all these strikes, I`ve lost Â£500 (or whatever) already and what have the union achieved, nothing".
I hear it all the time in my office, some people are more short sighted than this chap when it suits them.

The others that vote yes will do so because they can`t see this union, in all it`s incompetence, getting anything more from RM.
As Jafferpants says, they`ll be the first to moan when the unexpected starts happening and deny voting for it.

this is sad but true,our office has had enough aswell...

but what a lot of them in our office dont realise,that this is the calm before the storm if they think theyve had enough now,wait till it gets voted in...its so frustrating to be only a handful of people where i work that seems to realise this is going to get really bad if it comes in..and that the vote has to be no...

there is no other way to vote on this..what worries me is its being left in the hands of a majority of people who have had enough...if it gets voted in its going to be voted in by those that wont even bother reading the deal...and that pisses me off.
