hello all, The pay deal!!!! we should get get the ballot this we week . 3 weeks to get get the vote in, 1 0r 2 weeks to count it all up , then 2 or 3 weeks as what do next then 7 days notice of a strike and gess what x mas is over.

If the vote is to reject the deal and our union "leaders"fanny around debateing on what action to take and hang it out till after Christmas,many members wil be want "heads on a stake",surely they wont be nieve enough to call IA after Christmas,because RM will laugh at us and just say strike all you like,the works done and even more Polish casuals will be shipped in.

I think the result of the vote should be known by the end of November,its gonna come hard but i think it'll have to be another couple of 48 hour strikes,trouble the Union have made so many enemies of the membership i just hope they get any support they ask for otherwise the consequences for us all are pretty dam dire.
