I would agree with the above advice if "got bit by a dog today" meant blood flowing 
otherwise I wouldn't be unduly concerned.

Right where to start go to hospital get it cleaned and they will ask you about jab's, Next phone office and tell them to get work covered for today and beyond if needed, Then report the attack to the police and get a crime number if you can, When you can if within three days get it in the accident book or as it is now ERICA which is done on the computer at work by a manager!
