WHERE ARE OUR BALLOT PAPERS ?????

Isn't it about time we got the ballot papers sent out to us ? Or is there some kind of delay "tactic" involved to stop us from possibly disrupting the Christmas pressure ?

Come on lass got to give the union a chance to

1. Print them.
2. Get 130,000 envelopes ready.
3. Prepare the spin to get us to agree.
4. Time it just right that if we go out again it will be after Christmas
5. Think of excuses as to why we should not go on strike again.

In my office we have 135 postman & woman and thay are all going to say NO to the deal

I think we ought to have the chance to disrupt the Christmas deliveries. But I don't think we ought to do that. We're kind-hearted posties who won't disappoint the nation's children at Christmas. We shouldn't aim strike action at the deserving public. We can take action in the New Year if we have to.

If we were to do that,you be able to hear Crozier/Lieghton laughing for miles around,IF we have to strike again it has to be before Christmas(and believe me i am very reluctant to strike again)the suport from the membership to strike in the new year would fade dramaticly.

Our Union have screwed up big time here,the faith has been lost.

we're in a no win situation over pay. the 2.5% would have been backdated to april 1st. the 5.4% would have been backdated to october 1st you can bet your life if the current deal is rejected the next offer, if there is one, will not be from october 1st

Theres branch meetings being held on 4th Nov to guide reps in which way individual branches want this to go, so would expect ballots to be out soon after.

I WANT A NO VOTE

Dont see any reason for anyone to lose a lot more money, my personal view is that if we hit them with an overtime ban, continue the campaign for doing the job how it should be, and sometime just before christmas hit them with a 2 day strike only. In my opinion the pressure of backlog with no chance of clearing because no overtime and then a hard slap on the puss with the 2 days would put immense pressure on them to come to a deal before christmas.

ONLY LOSS TO US WOULD BE 2 DAYS PAY.

i agree with the overtime ban but if we are to get anywhere we must start the rolling stike againthis seemed to be the most effective although they wont admit to it,they have been trying to hide mail everywhere.
i understand the time of year but that is why it is so important that we restart this action, i for one cannot afford to lose anymore money but the consequence of not striking is a lot more costly.
