If the Mediation talks break down will there need to be a re ballot?
I don't think so but some at my DO think there will.

no the ballot is live for 6 months, and judging by what terry pullinger said in the facebook interview, that 6 months will start at the end of mediation if there is no agreement. so effectively the ballot is open til May 2018
