Casual workers in ours.
They are not being paid a delivery suppliment for D2D's .
RM are banking the money from this. I would rather the Casuals got it than them. Plus I am having to prep them across two duties. Thoughts please

we get a delivery supplement for working in a delivery office as RM workers

I am not sure 100% that casuals would receive Delivery Supplement, I think they are just on an hourly rate, but what you are saying about prepping would be classed as indoor work and the IWT should be adjusted accordingly, time allocated for double prepping etcenskied wrote:Casual workers in ours.

Casuals are paid by the hour. Doing d2ds takes longer than not doing them. They are getting paid for them by extending their time!
